Salade de Chèvre Chaud Finger Food Style
So the classic Salade Chevre Chaud is a little different than the recipe I am going to share with you today. I Finger Food’ed it. I am not going to cover the classic Salade Chevre Chaud recipe but I am going to give you the finger food version of Chevre Chaud.
First of Chevre is goat cheese and mixed with acacia honey and sprinkled with walnut is delicious. Enough talk let’s finger food this Chevre Chaud.
6 Slices of ciabatta bread
6 slices of Chevre
Let’s Finger Food it
Preheat the oven to 160℃ or 320℉
Grill the ciabatta bread (make burn marks)
Place a slice Chevre on each slice of bread
Sprinkle it acacia honey, walnut and fresh thyme
Grill in oven approximately 5 minutes
Cool down for a couple of minutes and then EAT
