Grilled Peaches With Prosciutto And Feta

So you like peaches “Check” you like prosciutto “Check” and you also like feta “Check” well Finger Food me in heaven I just might have a recipe that’s going to make your guests/spouse happy and they are #fingerlicious. 

These small finger Food are really easy to prepare and the only thing that could go wrong are you burning the peaches, I know that’s never going to happen, right.

Ingredients

 

  • 4 large peaches
  • 12-16 slices prosciutto
  • Feta or goat cheese, cut into stick

Ok now, let’s finger food it

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Set a grill to low heat and preheat for 10 minutes. Wash and dry peaches. Cut in half and then each half into 3-4 wedges. Grill the peaches until cooked, turning so all sides are evenly browned.

2.Cut the prosciutto slices in half then wrap each peach wedge and a stick of feta cheese with a slice of prosciutto. Pin the loose end of the prosciutto slice with a toothpick. Repeat with remaining peaches.

3. Transfer to a serving platter and serve hot or at room temperature.
