Puff Pastry Brie Appetizer Easy Finger Food
I like easy appetizer recipes and this one is no exception. What can possibly go wrong with just three ingredients? Nothing really and then again. You actually do have to know how to turn on the oven and set a timer.
- One roll of puff pastry
- 1/2 lb brie cheese
- 1 cup cranberry sauce
- fresh thyme
Preheat your oven to 375℉ or 200℃. Roll out the puff pastry and give it an egg wash and sprinkle with fresh thyme.
With a sharp knife cut the puff pastry into 2x2-inch squares. Place two squares onto each other. Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
Top each square with a slice of Brie cheese and bake for another 2 minutes.
Remove from the oven and top with cranberry sauce and thyme. Serve warm.
